NATS Football Combine Workouts

in conjunction with Triple Threat Training

What is NATS?
NATS (National Athletic Testing System) is a national testing service that grades high school underclassmen on a variety of athletic tests in order to predict success at the intercollegiate level.

Who will train?
All Section II Football Players are eligible for the NATS Combine.

When will we train?
Session 1: April 14-May 9, 2008
We will train on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:15PM-7:30PM and have a Combine Speed Workout from 11-12 on Saturday
The Group will have a maximum number of 15 athletes

Where will we train?            
ABC Sports & Fitness, 3 Johnson Rd., Latham, NY 12110

What will we do?
Workouts will include specific instructions on combine testing, including the 40 Yard Dash, Broad Jump, Bench Press, and Agility Drills. Workouts will also include intense Plyometric and Strength Training in order to maximize performance on Saturday, June 21, the day of the NATS test.

Who will train us?

  • Matt Phelps, MS, CSCS is a Football Strength Coach with experience training football players at the Division I, II, III and Professional level.
  • Chuck Dukes is a former NFL RB, and All-American at Boston College. Chuck attended the 1992 NFL Combine.

How much does it cost?
This cost is $160, which includes 12 workouts during the 4 week program.
