Youth Soccer Academy Coaching Staff from Black Watch NY- North and the Capital District Soccer Centers at Center City Arena and Front Street Training Center have partnered to offer professional technical and small-sided tactical instruction in a safe, enthusiastic and fun environment. “The Front Street Training Center is perfect for small-sided matches and technical player development,” stated Executive Director Steve Freeman. Technical training deals directly Through small-sided activities like 1 v 1 end line matches, 2 v 2 wide-goal matches, 3 v 3 matches to central small goals, 4 v 4 to big central goals, and many other variations, our staff is able to elaborate and give instruction on the tactics of the game of soccer in a real-game setting.Through small-sided, age appropriate activities, the players are able to come into contact with the ball and are confronted with more soccer decisions. The Academy is designed to encompass the skill level of any player wishing to get more instruction and time on the ball.
